Flat egg omelette with Chinese chives ニラのタマゴ焼き
- Cut Chinese chives to the length of half of indicating finger
- Add to beaten eggs (2 or 3)
- Add salt to taste
- Pour the egg mixture to a large skillet and spread it thin
- Wait till it gets well done and flip it with a turner
- Place it on a dish, and spread your choice of Asian chili paste (e.g. chili oil with chopped garlic)
- ニラを人差し指の半分までの長さに切る
- 溶いた卵(2,3個)に加える
- 塩を加える
- フライパンにニラ入りの卵液を平たく広げる
- 良く焼けるまで待ち、ひっくり返す
- フライ返しでお皿に取り、食べるラー油を上に広げる
